The Brace Mix – Liquorice Cream
Formulated by myself back in 1989, this bird food / milk protein bait proved very successful everywhere I used it, even the “Yateley” carp couldn’t resist it and it eventually got it’s name “Brace Mix”, as I always seemed to catch two fish in quick succession.
It has a very course texture and creamy taste that’s very palatable. It’s full of seeds and passes through the carp very quickly indeed.
Flavoured with liquorice cream this bait is “instant” but is also a quality “food bait”, it’s particularly effective in the cooler water temperatures, in fact it’s the best winter bait I’ve ever used.
